Hassle-Free Return Policy

We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery for all eligible products.

Applicable Categories:

All outerwear and apparel products including: All Day Pants, Bermudas, Capris, Hoodies, Henleys, Jackets, Joggers, Leggings, Polos, Pyjamas, Shorts, Sleep Dress, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Trackpants, T-Shirts, and related apparel categories.

How to Return Your Product
1. External Packaging Damaged

If you notice that the external packaging is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

Do not accept the package

Mention the damage on the courier delivery sheet

Contact Mandrove immediately with your order details

Once the courier partner confirms return acceptance on their system, the refund process will be initiated.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Product Damaged / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Product / Wrong Size
a) Return via Mandrove (Reverse Pickup)

In case of damaged, defective, wrong product, or size mismatch:

Contact our support team for return approval

Our team will guide you through the return process

Return confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email

📌 Do not return any product without confirmation from Mandrove. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund.

Once the returned product is received, our Quality Check Team will inspect the product.

If approved → Refund will be initiated

If rejected → Product will be shipped back to customer

If the issue is found to be caused due to customer handling, the refund will not be applicable and the product will be returned to the customer.

b) Return through Self-Shipment

If reverse pickup is not available for your PIN code:

You may self-ship the product in:

Original packaging

Unused condition

With tags intact

Products returned without confirmation or not meeting return conditions will not be eligible for refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided if:

The order is cancelled before shipping

The returned product passes quality verification

Except for the above conditions, refunds will not be applicable.

Refund Process
a) Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

Credit Card: 5–7 banking days

Debit Card: 7–14 banking days

Net Banking: 7–14 banking days

b) COD Orders

Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / NEFT within 7–14 banking days after refund initiation.

Refund Timelines

Eligible refunds are initiated within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse.

Refund receipt time depends on the bank’s processing cycle.
